Flash Flood — Washington, PA

An upper level shortwave helped support an mesoscale convective system as it crossed ohio. This system weakened as it reached eastern Ohio but not before some wind damage was reported. Thunderstorms out ahead of the system also caused flash flooding to areas of western Pennsylvania.
