Slow moving thunderstorms produced a significant amount of rainfall over portions of northeastern Kansas, from a band of convection that stratched from the Nebraska border, southward to near Chanute, KS. Nearly 4.00 of rain was reported to have fallen overnight in Wabaunsee County, but no water problems were reported.
