The very wet pattern continued over Oklahoma on the 13th. An outflow boundary was situated northwest to southeast over parts of northern and central Oklahoma. Other outflow boundaries were scattered over the western half of the state as well. A very slow moving upper level storm system drifted toward western Oklahoma.
