The upper low pressure center began to slowly move east throughout the day on the 18th, with heavy rainfall developing along and east of its track. Flash flooding was reported over parts of southeast and central Oklahoma. Several roads were closed due to the high water, and some businesses reported water rising several inches inside. Monetary damages were estimated.
