Slow moving convection during the early evening of the 19th dumped 1 to 2.5 inches of rain over a small area along the Dry Fork between Bradshaw and English. ||A weak mid level flow existed over a moist lower atmosphere. Slow moving showers, with embedded thunderstorms, redeveloped after dawn on the 20th over McDowell County. These showers moved along their northwest to southeast axis, causing repetitive showers over the small streams during the mid and late morning.
