A quasi-stationary front over northern Ohio between the 10th and 13th brought one to three inches of rain to the region. The heaviest rain fell along and just south of the Ohio River Valley/Lake Erie watershed boundary with two to three inches of rain. As a result most of the central and eastern rivers remained in banks. The following rivers experienced flooding during this event: Scioto, Sandusky, Maumee, Portage, and the Killbuck Creek.
