Flash Flood — Randolph, WV

A northwest flow, with disturbances aloft, dominated the area for this episode. A west to east frontal system lay well to the north, across northern Ohio early Wednesday morning.||One large complex of storms dropped southeast through portions of north central West Virginia into the northern mountains of West Virginia during the predawn hours. Maximum rain amounts of 2 to 3 inches fell 3 to 4 hours over portions of Harrison, Taylor, and Barbour Counties. This caused some minor flash flooding.
