Flash Flood — Salt Lake, UT

Jul 6, 2013

A day after monsoonal moisture first moved into Utah, the lower levels of the atmosphere began to moisten, allowing for heavier rain storms to develop. This heavy rainfall caused flash flooding in some locations, in what would prove to be the beginning of a very active flash flood season.
