Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms producing mainly wind damage impacted parts of central Indiana on the 20th and again on the 23rd as a frontal boundary lingered over the region. The storms on the afternoon of the 20th produced very heavy rainfall and localized flash flooding southwest of Indianapolis, including several water rescues from vehicles across Greene County.
