Flash Flood — Washington, FL

Another round of major flash flooding occurred across parts of northwest Florida during the middle of August as an upper level trough developed west of the area with a continuous moisture feed off of the Gulf of Mexico streaming northward into the area. This flooding hit many of the same areas impacted by the July flooding.
