Heavy Rain

Heavy rainfall from a weak surface front and an upper level disturbance, combined with already saturated soil from an unusually wet summer led to flash flooding across portions of the Texas Big Country. The flash flooding washed out several roads and entered approximately 10 homes near Potosi.
