Heavy rain caused flash flooding in the Fort Collins and Wellington areas. Nearly 5 inches of rain fell in Fort Collins, which triggered flash flooding along Fossil Creek. Extensive street flooding was western and southern portions of the city, along with scattered power outages. Six to eight residences were flooded in the Park Lane Mobile Home Park, off Interstate 25 and State Highway 14.
