A series of thunderstorm cells moved south through southern Wisconsin during the mid-morning hours on July 26th. Some of these cells trained over the same area, resulting in flash flooding. During the afternoon and evening hours, the activity regenerated and shifted east to the lakeshore counties and over Lake Michigan.
