Thunderstorms formed during the afternoon in a warm and moist environment on the 27th. Brief downpours and lightning were the main result, but some large hail did occur.||As a front across northern Ohio and western Pennsylvania tried to sink south, more rounds of showers and thunderstorms formed on the afternoon and evening of the 28th.
