An unsettled pattern with rounds of thunderstorms and showers began early on the 19th. A west to east front settled down into northern West Virginia on the 20th. Abundant moisture was along and south of the front with surface dew points around 70 degrees. ||A large cluster of showers and thunderstorms moved through north central West Virginia during the early evening. Minor flash flooding occurred.
