Thunderstorms produced rainfall amounts of up to 3.5 inches in less than two hours, causing a mudslide, which closed part of Highway 61 near Pickwick. In addition, law enforcement officials reported creeks near Stockton rose 2 feet in less than 20 minutes, while several streets were flooded in the city of Winona.
