Flash Flood — Hardee, FL

Heavy rainfall of five to seven inches in less than three hours caused flooding of roadways, low-lying areas and a few homes over rural southwest Polk and northern Hardee counties. A few vehicles incurred water damage from the flood waters in Bowling Green, Wauchula and Ft. Meade.
