Flash Flood — Addison, VT

A storm system in the Ohio Valley on Saturday, December 16th tracked northeast across the St Lawrence Valley during Sunday, December 17th. Heavy rain (around 2 inches) and mild weather resulted in flooding across the county. The New Haven River reached flood stage in and around New Haven Mills. Across the county many roads and low land areas were flooded.
