Flash Flood — Llano, TX

Between 2and 3inches of rain fell in 2 hours across the southeast part of Llano County and the Northeast portion of Gillespie County. Flash flooding developed due to the saturated soils and creeks running full across the two county area due to persistent rainfall over the past several weeks. One man was rescued near Willow City when his vehicle became trapped in deep water. No injuries were reported.
