Thunderstorms produced damaging winds which downed power lines in Alexandria Bay, Jefferson county. The strong storms also produced downpours of one to two inches per hour across Lewis county. Some areas received over four inches of rain in less than three hours. In Lowville, street flooding occurred and roads were closed by the flood waters.
