Showers forming across South Central Texas moved into Gonzales County in the mid afternoon, and produced a general 2 inch rainfall across the county. The heaviest rain fell in the south part of the county, along and south of Hwy97 and along and southwest of Alternate 90. Up to 10 inches of rain was indicated in this area.
