Scattered showers and thunderstorms reformed shortly after midnight again across the I-35 corridor between San Antonio, New Braunfels, and San Marcos. With soils over all counties along and east of I-35, additional rainfall of between 3 and 5 inches redeveloped flash flooding southeastward to Luling, Seguin, and Karnes City.
