Flash Flood — Guadalupe, TX

Widespread showers and thunderstorms over the three counties produced general rainfall of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated totals of up to 6 inches between Seguin, Stockdale and Floresville. Numerous rural roads and low water crossings were closed. High water rescues were required just north of the city of Seguin along Geronimo Creek. Widespread flooding in the town of Stockdale forced over two dozen families to leave their homes. Brief flood damage was reported to the homes.
