A series of heavy rain events from November 26 to 30 culminated in a moderate flooding event. Rainfall totals for the period from November 26 to 30 were commonly 5 to 9 inches. Specific totals included 6 inches at Paducah, 7.4 inches at Benton, and 9.1 inches at Bardwell. Creeks and small rivers went over their banks, and a number of roads were under water.
