Showers and thunderstorms redeveloped near sunrise over the three counties and, due in part to rain accumulations from the previous night, flash flooding developed shortly after 1000 CST and lasted to near noon. 2 to 3 inch accumulations were indicated, with flash flooding generally restricted to low water crossings.
