Rainfall moved into the southeast sections of South Central Texas during the late afternoon and brought amounts of 3 to 4 inches over the southern parts of DeWitt, Karnes and Lavaca Counties. Flash flooding was short-lived, and generally confined to low-water crossings. Only minor damage to unimproved roads was reported.
