The weather pattern remained favorable for another day of large hail and flash flooding as monsoon moisture continued to be directed into eastern Utah and western Colorado. A weak cold front dropped southward toward the Four Corners on the 18th which help focus stronger storms over southwest Colorado where large hail occurred.
