Flooding along White River. Numerous county roads were closed. Agricultural, bottomlands, and some parks were flooded. In Anderson, some city streets were closed. In Noblesville, some businesses were affected, and many residences had basement flooding. Some evacutations were necessary in Morgan and Owen counties.
