Thunderstorms during the early morning of the second produced flash flooding, Numerous roads in Hinton were flooded and closed, including the Route 3 and Route 20. A mobile home was also washed off its foundation. Flash flooding closed roads in Camp Creek, near Rock, homes and businesses, and Route 19 in Lindside. A more significant round of flash flooding countywide in Mercer county closed and washed out numerous roads and bridges. Numerous homes and businesses reported water damage.
