Rainfall on the Coal Seam fire burned area caused mud and debris flows across Highway 6 and 24. Mud flowed into three homes in a neighborhood below Red Mountain after debris clogged a culvert. Mud and debris flows threatened the Glenwood Springs Community Center causing the facility to be evacuated.
