A second night of strong thunderstorms produced very heavy rainfall across the Permian Basin and resulted in flash flooding on the 30th. The most significant flash flooding occured across Pecos and Ector Counties, where rescue crews had to remove stranded motorists from stalled vehicles. No injuries were reported.
