An upper level system moving across the region brought a MCS across the northeastern half of the CWA and then another round of heavy rain developed in the wake of the MCS. Heavy rain from both complexes resulted in flash flooding, mainly to the north and northeast of the DFW Metroplex. A few reports of wind damage were also documented.
