Highway S2 closed between Montezuma road and highway 78, mudslides on Highway 78 near Wynola and on Banner Grade east of Julian. At San Felipe, 2.63 inches of rain fell in 67 minutes. At Ocotillo Wells, 1.92 inches of rain fell in 120 minutes, one inch of that falling in 40 minutes.
