Flash Flood — Pueblo, CO

Thunderstorms...which produced up to 6.4 inches of rain in a few hours generated flash flooding across parts of Pueblo and Custer Counties. Highway 78...which is the primary access route to the mountain community of Beulah...washed out. An 18-foot culvert failed...causing a large section of the highway to collapse. A vehicle needed to be pulled from the collapsed area...and the driver was treated for a slight head injury. Also...numerous roads were impassable due to flooding in Beulah...and
