A stationary boundary across Niagara County resulted in training thunderstorms during the afternoon. The thunderstorms dropped almost four inches of rain resulting in flash flooding near Sanborn. Law enforcement reported Lockport and Eagle Chase Roads inundated and closed. In addition to the heavy rains, the thunderstorms produced three-quarter inch hail in Cambria and Lockport.
