By 630 PM EDT on 8th, flooding was reported countywide. 40 roads were closed by flooding, including SR 150. Towns that flooded include: Adena (evacuations), Connorsville, Dillonvale (evac), Glen Robbins (bridge washed out), Irondale (evac), Rayland, Smithfield (power substation flooded), Toronto (evac), Wolf Run (woman rescued from flooded car).
