Flood Cause
Heavy Rain

Deep tropical moisture in combination with a slowly southward moving cold front helped to generate numerous showers and thunderstorms that produced heavy rainfall and flooding in and around the Bryan and College Station areas. A record rainfall total of 4.26 inches was set for the date at KCLL.
