After a 3 day reprieve from the precipitation, more rain with embedded thunderstorms, crossed eastern Ohio into northern West Virginia during the afternoon and evening hours on the 11th. Rain of 1.25 to 1.8 inches was measured. For example, Middlebourne measured 1.75 inches. Small stream flooding blocked roads during the evening. No structural damage to dwellings was reported.
