After 1 inch of rain, by 845 AM on 5th, stream flooding had closed Jug Run Rd just north of St Clairsville. Mud slides occurred on Rte 250 near Bridgeport and Rte 40 near Lansing. Businesses were flooded along Rte 40 from Bridgeport to Lansing. By 950 PM, McMahon Creek flooded; Neffs flooded. Parts of these roads were closed: CR 9, 10, 26, 98, 100, 102; SR 147, 148, 149.
