By 1220 AM on 6th, Indianola Fire Dept began to flood, just northwest of Springdale. By 230 AM, Raccoon Creek was flooding 40 acres of fields. Rte 151, Hookstown Grade Rd, and Park Rd were flooded. Natrona reported 2 inches of rain. By Noon on 6th, water was pouring off hillside onto I-79. And Rte 837 flooded. At 2 PM on 6th, a mud slide closed Rte 65. By 1130 PM on 6th, roads were still flooded, and several mud slides had occurred. In Penn Hills, a mud slide ripped a house in two. On the Ohio R
