By 945 PM on 5th, Ambridge and Leetsdale reported flooding; and Barclay Hills Rd west of Vanport flooded after 2 inches of rain. 200 homes flooded in some way. Roads still flooded Noon on the 6th. On the Ohio River, Montgomery was above flood stage (33 ft), from 12 PM on 6th to 3 PM on 7th; it crested 36.9 ft 9 PM on 6th.
