Flood write up per the Service Hydrologist:One moderate to heavy precipitation event affected the HSA during the month. This event occurred around the 13th. Anywhere from 0.4 to 0.8 inches of rain fell during the event, with one or two tenths of an inch of snow mixed with the rain in the extreme north.
