Slow moving thunderstorms produced two to two and a half inches of rain in an hour over parts of Livingston and Monroe counties. Creeks overflowed, and roads and homes flooded. The basements of the Town Hall and Courthouse in Livonia were flooded with five feet of water. The heavy rains caused more erosion damage to Stone Hill Road.
