Flash Flood — Hampden, MA

Slow moving (nearly stationary) thunderstorms produced heavy downpours that lead to flash flooding in Hampden County, Massachusetts. In particular, East Mountain Road in Westfield, Massachusetts flooded as a result of these storms. No direct injuries resulted from these storms.
