A line of showers and thunderstorms dumped one to nearly three inches of rain on portions of Summit, Stark, Portage and Mahoning Counties. A spotter in Munroe Falls (Summit County) measured a total of 2.76 inches of rain between 3:30 and 6:30 a.m. 2.62 inches fell at Portage Lakes (Summit County) with 2.00 inches of rain at the Akron-Canton Airport (Summit County) and 1.70 inches of rain at Massillon (Stark County).
