Severe thunderstorms fired along the Elsinore Convergence Zone for the third time in two weeks. Thunderstorms erupted early in the afternoon near San Jacinto and rapidly went severe. Gusty winds in San Jacinto knocked down numerous small trees and branches, and heavy rain caused flooding in Cranston and Valle Vista neighborhoods.
