Heavy rains of 2.0 to to 4.5 inches werer reported across parts of Waukesha and Milwaukee counties during the late afternoon and into late evening as thunderstorms tracked northeast over the same areas. Flash flooding was reported across portions of Milwaukee and Waukesha counties as storm drains became overwhelmed with water flow.
