Heavy rains produced flash flooding in Rockbridge county. Collierstown road was closed between Murat and Toad Run. Route 60 was closed from Interstate 64 to North Mountain. Evaculations of 50 people were made from apartments and homes near the intersection of Highways 42 and 39 in Goshen. Mill Creek flooded Route 39 and Route 42.
