City of Salem roads were closed from high waters. Several roads in western Roanoke county were covered with water including Harborwood, Gladden, West River and West Riverside. Runoff from Poor and Fort Lewis Mountains flooded Wildwood Road.In Salem, a man was tugged under his motor home in the Salem Village Mobile Home Park by rapid floodwaters as he tried to dislodge its wheels from the mud.
