Flash Flood — Dodge, MN

Flash flooding was caused when 3 to 4 inches of rain fell in a couple hours. Law enforcement officials reported cars stalled in knee deep water on Interstate 90 near Austin (Mower County). In addition, law enforcement officials reported basement flooding, as well as water a foot and a half deep in the town of Dodge Center (Dodge County).
